Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Wrong Items Delivered/ Damaged Items/ Defect in Manufacturing:
- In case you have received items that are damaged or incorrectly sent, kindly email us at support@Fookrey.com. You need to mention the order number and send a couple of pictures of the item in the email and send this within 7 days from ordering the product.
- We shall try and send you a replacement or issue a refund if you like.
- When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher code which can be used to buy any of the Fookrey products for next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches our warehouse in good condition.
Product is not like the one Shown in Picture/ Dislike the Product:
- There may be instances wherein you may dislike the product or you may feel that it is not exactly like the one shown in the image. There may be several reasons for the same. In such instances you may avail the 7 days exchange policy.
- You can send us an email at support@Fookrey.com.
- When you're returning an item that you do not like, you will need to send the product to our warehouse and bear the shipping cost. As soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will issue a voucher code that you can use to buy any product of the same price. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches our warehouse in good condition.
- The moment we receive the product, you shall be issued a store credit, which can be used to purchase any product from our website.
- There is no expiry time for the store credit and it can be used for a lifetime.
- We are in the process of adding at least 45 designs daily, so as to ensure that you are able to get a suitable product from our collection.
Stitching Worries for International Customers:
- We at Fookrey make sure that we are working in sync with our tailors so as to ensure that you are getting the best fitted material at warp speed. Nonetheless, under practical circumstances, you can get the perfect fit only when you have gotten the dress material altered from your tailor.
- While we do suggest that you should get the product stitched by your tailor, but in certain international locations getting them stitched is not possible. Hence, we can get your products stitched as per your specifications at a nominal charge.
- While selecting the standard size, you also need to put the detailed sizing taken by your tailor in the comments section. A standard size may not fit everyone and tailoring may be required.
- We can offer to alter the product for you free of any change but you need to ship it back to us at your own cost. We shall alter the product and send it back to you, however you will need to bear the re shipping cost.

Issues with Breads and Sequences:
It is a well known fact that the breads as well as sequences have a habit of coming off despite the purchased product being handled and shipped carefully. This is an unavoidable occurrence. A tailor has the ability to hide this part or fix it to a great extent. Before you return such a product make sure that you ask your tailor to check the product thoroughly and check if it can be adjusted. Even if we have replaced your product the chances are that you shall receive products that have similar defects.
