  1. How will my order be shipped to me?

All of our items are shipped on priority and arrive in a bubble envelope or box.

  1. How long will it take to ship my order? 

Your order will ship out within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, shipping within the United States takes approximately 5 -14 business days.

  1. Where is my tracking number? 

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! 

 

  1. But wait, my tracking number doesn't work.

Don't worry, we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking site. Thank you for ordering from Fookrey

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit Cards. 

 

  1. I ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?

Since our products are "made to order", when you order multiple products at a time, they may be shipped separately. This way helps you receive your order faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.


     7.There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

Please contact us at support@fookrey.com as soon as possible and we will work to correct the problem. Unfortunately, we can't make changes if an order has been shipped already.
